We make no distinction between a buyer's home inspection and a seller's home inspection, no distinction between a new construction home and a home built in the 1950's. We offer the same thorough, detailed home inspection for every home, every Customer every time we inspect a home. Our home inspections on average take 3 1/2 hours to complete and are typically scheduled at 9:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. ALL utilities (electric, water and gas) must be turned on prior to the inspection. We do not de-winterize plumbing systems or open main water valves.
