As required by the State of Tennessee, an agreement/contract between parties must be read, agreed upon and signed prior to the home inspection. If you are planning on attending the inspection you can read and sign the agreement at the inspection. If you will not be able to attend the inspection the agreement can be electronically signed on-line, all we will need is your e-mail address.
