Fees for home inspections vary, sometimes significantly, between home inspection companies. The lowest priced "discount" home inspection might not be your wisest choice, you are making a huge investment and likely will reside at the inspected property for many years. Don't choose a home inspector based on how much (or how little) their fee may be, but by reputation and thoroughness of the inspector. Our fees are based on the square footage and age of the home.
